CARA may be used to read cases sequentially, scene-by-scene, or in a linear manner. To do this, select a case from the drop-down menu and then view it. 

Alternatively, cases may be searched on the basis of specific assessment factors so that only those scenes in which the assessment factors of interest feature, will be available for viewing. 

Note that you do not have to return to this screen in order to change from the linear (View Case) to the non-linear (Search Cases) form. It is possible to move from one to the other while being in one of them.
